After purchase, you will automatically recieve your rank within 1-5 minutes. If you are already connected to one of our servers you will need to reconnect for the rank to be applied.

Server specific ranks provide a wider range of benefits (more chunks, homes, etc..) as compared to their community wide counterparts but they only apply to the server they are purchased for.

Yes! If you have already purchased a 'Community wide' rank and wish to upgrade to a higher tier of rank in that category the discount will be automatically applied during checkout so long as you are purchasing it for the same minecraft account. To upgrade 'Server specific' ranks some restrictions apply and decisions are made manually on a case-by-case basis, you can open a ticket to discuss on our discord server.

If you didnt recieve your rank automatically after purchase and you have already waited 5 minutes + rejoined the server then open up a Rank/Purchase ticket on our discord and we will be able to apply the rank for you ASAP. In the specific instances where we host competitive events or challenges, these gameplay-altering perks are strictly disabled to ensure a fair playing field for everyone.

Yes. We strictly adhere to the Minecraft Commercial Usage Guidelines. The guidelines permit the sale of entitlements that affect gameplay, provided they do not negatively impact another player’s experience or create a competitive advantage. Since our perks are personal utilities used in a cooperative environment and are disabled during competitive play they remain fully compliant.

We understand that everyone enjoys modpacks differently. While some players enjoy the grind, others prefer to focus on building, automation, or social interaction. We offer these optional utilities to allow players to tailor their own experience and play at their own pace, without dictating how others on the server must play.

Your purchase grants you entitlements for personal use, not the right to disrupt the community. The Minecraft EULA strictly prohibits entitlements that negatively impact the experience of other players. Consequently, we reserve the full right to revoke access to specific perks or ban users who use their rank benefits to grief, harass, or intentionally ruin the gameplay of others. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
